Field Engineering has invested in a range of CNC machinery designed to tackle the requirements of our customers. This includes Doosan 2, 3 and 4 axis Turning Centres with a maximum turning capacity of 250mm diameter and 760mm long. Most of these machines can bar feed material up to 3.1/4″ diameter (82.5mm). These Doosan CNC Lathes use a Fanuc programming language with Mill/Turn functionality. Many of these machines use 1.5 metre long Hydrafeed and Iemca bar feed units.

We can manufacture turned parts in both medium and large batch sizes at a competitive prices. Our Haas TL2 CNC lathes also use Fanuc and are ideally suited to prototype and small batch production.
We machine materials such as Super Duplex, 310, 316 and 304 stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze, carbon steel and numerous types of plastics.
